Aerobics on beach road..

Anybody know what Days and what time the Aerobics start on beach road??

I think you are referring to the one on BR opposite Soi 6. Normally 6pm in high season. Not sure the frequency. Depends on the woman who runs the show.

Have also in the car park of View Talay 2A around the same time.

   Plus under the flyover at the junction of 3rd. Rd. and Thappraya Rd. (a real mine of information, that's me).

They almost always start at 6 pm in Thailand.Can't remember coming across any that did not start around that time.

Aerobics under the flyover at rush hour doesn't sound like a very healthy idea.
