looking at the 2 web sites for 'visa agent' i  think that key visa comes across as a little more professional, both for passport and income letter from British embassy, just my 2 pence worth.

UK income letter can be completed by email, no need to travel to Bangkok

  • only the holder can renew a passport to my knowledge.  you can appoint someone power of attorney to pick it up, but i cant imagine any consulate accepting a passport renewal by proxy.

  • You can for a UK passport.

  • Not doing it myself.. someone please answer my question and you don't have to do it a second person can

Since this is a passport renewal, there's no need for them to 'witness' the application.

I am not from UK so that seems very strange.

That means that if someone always uses an agency to renew his passport, all important identification data - such as picture, signature, finger prints,... - could be 10, 20 or 30 years old on his actual passport ?!

For France you have to go yourself to the consulate where they will take a new picture and your fingerprints.
