    Don't think I've ever stayed anywhere with a service charge.

    If there's a service charge I don't eat there. It's up to the employer to pay a living wage for their staff, it's not my job to make up the difference.

    Still no mention of what she did though. I can't even work out what a 'gender-critical' offense could be. Edit OK, I've found it, it's believing men are men, and should use the men's toilets, even if they choose to wear a dress to work. Sometimes called 'transphobic'.

    No British immigrants here, we're all non immigrants. And if the UK was to offer me free housing and spending money, I'd go back in a flash. But I'm White/Christian/British so there's nothing for me (that I can afford) in the UK. And my wife isn't the right flavour of non-white, so they don't want her either.

    Any protest that forcefully disrupts the lives of others is an act of violence. If they want peaceful, they should stand in a field with their signs.

    Nah, it's never women wanting to be men that causes any problems. And transgender means surgery, if you still have a penis and balls, you ain't transgender.

    It's not you they want to share changing rooms with. This is about guys (dressing as women) wanting to share changing rooms with women and children.

    IMHO your suggested path makes a guy look weak, and no woman will stay with a weak guy for long. How did that work out for you?

    Two easy reasons, 1 It drives wages down, and 2 gives the government the opportunity to pass oppressive laws with the approval of the general population ..... For their own safety.

    Nah, they had lost interest in me by 2016, when I was last in the UK. My complaints about them back in 2010 cost £120,000 out of their budget, and they left me well alone after that. Like most bullies, easily frightened off.

    There's a site for downloading stuff on DailyMotion. You just enter the DailyMotion link into the box, and down it comes. Just downloaded the remake of A for Andromeda, reviews are bad but I might as well watch it.

    Same with me, I cycle so much I have trouble not losing weight. Doesn't matter how much I eat or drink.
