But I use the mobile app to access Fidelity online from my desktop. They send through notification, and you click on "Yes, it's me.", so no real need for a mobile number. You can also use the app for most (all?) activities. You can look for yourself but IME, they match the number you call in on and they do a voice match. Often I need to say my name, and city/state if they need a larger sample. If you don't have that then you'll have to request an SMS OTP.
