Someone has made relatively clean PDF versions of "the four docs" before. These can be filled in, and are accepted at CW. I've used them from the old "three docs" days. Thailand to reclassify cannabis as illegal by 1 January, 2025
bamnutsak replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
This isn't new news, just one member of the committee who is a Permanent Deputy Secretary in the MoPH talking about the decision that the committee announced last Friday. Still a long way to go. Strange that they're recriminalizing hemp too. -
The last tally I saw was that 1.1 MILLION people had registered to grow. Obviously not all are growing today but still. And somewhere around 6,000 shops have been legally licensed to sell cannabis. No clue how many of the 35 million tourists might indulge, or what the local uptake is

https://aseannow.com/topic/1273795-trouble-logging-in-to-lazada/?do=findComment&comment=19043208 possible fix here; https://aseannow.com/topic/1273795-trouble-logging-in-to-lazada/?do=findComment&comment=19043178 This might help you or someone. I could NOT log in from my PC as it kept saying my account was CLOSED! I was having a fit and can't call help at night. So, went to the app on my android phone and it instead said the account was FROZEN! To unfreeze it, I had to use the fingerprint sensor. That did it. Now it's not closed on the PC. Other than that, I do get kind of tired of these traffic light and crosswalk puzzles to log in, but this is the first time the CLOSED message appeared and Google was no help.

I'm guessing you use a PC and the Lazada.co.th site? Do you use the mobile app? There may be some info under Messages, Alerts, Services. Example ! An UNUSUAL attempt was detected on your Lazada Account. My account is accessible on both a PC and the mobile app. Maybe there was some unusual activity on your account?

Bhumjaithai Party Advisor Seeks Caution on Cannabis Reclassification

BJT/Anutin has been pretty consistent on 0.2% for extracts - they don't want to expand the vaping trend - but for most medical applications extracts are required. You can't have a youngster with epilepsy smoking a fatty. And when BJT says they mean recreational. -

It is the Bangkok Metropolitan Council, essentially the legislature for the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, with a member from each of the 50 districts. The chat, which dates back to October 2020, discusses the offer of a position as a secretary to a committee member. The conversation outlines that although the secretary position offers a modest salary, it comes with royal honours from His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua https://thethaiger.com/news/national/foundation-chairperson-implicated-in-council-position-sales-scandal The "Royal Honors" thing is what is desired.

Yingluck Shinawatra Hints at Return Amid Legal Victories

She'll be back before the end of the year. -
I think there are quite a few steps to be taken before January 1, 2025. This was a committee that voted to recommend to ONCB that cannabis be reclassified as a cat 5 narcotic. So the ONCB must approve this resolution. Then the FDA must amend the cannabis laws. Seems quite convoluted, especially when compared to how easy it was for Anutin ( as Minister/MoPH) to decriminalize it with a simple document. I don't think there is any one person, with power/agency, who really wants to push this recriminalization through, in essence going against one of the five most powerful people in the Kingdom (Anutin).

In their defense, they may mean that with the Bangkok Bank Mobile App, foreigners can only have one account associated with it? Were you eve able to manage two accounts within the mobile app? And then, at some point, you couldn't? That's just my guess. Surely someone associated with Bangkok Bank could address this multiple account issue?
