    No matter what it says it still often comes down to what the individual officer thinks is correct. I once got rejected in Ratchaburi when I filed it 4 days before the due date. When I went in and asked why he said I waited to late and to do 14 days before.

    It is normal for them to charge you a 2 or 3 percent commission when cashing a ticket. Alternatively you can take the ticket to the lottery office in Bangkok and cash it with no fee. Also I have heard that GSB, Om Sin, will cash tickets for you if you have an account with them. Also be aware that some lottery tickets now have a charitable donation(charge) on them. So if you win that amount is subtracted from the winnings too.

    They have regular interest paying accounts and then they have the 'lottery accounts'. Instead of paying everyone interest they have drawings for the payouts. So for every big winner there are way more that got nothing.

    As others have said there are countries where you can legally buy your citizenship/passport. So there may have been nothing illegal with the sign.

    Arcoxia works great for certain types of pain. But I noticed my pulse goes way up when I take it. So I stopped using it. It was a reformulation of Vioxx which worked great too but was taken off the market because of increased risk of heart attacks.

    He escaped while they were busy with his hands and legs tied up. Sounds more like an insurance scam to me. Conviently the security camera was out of commission too.

    They are not denying you coverage. They are putting exclusions on your coverage. The problem I have with that is they exclude all that stuff but charge you the same amount as someone with no exclusions.

    On booking you can filter for pet friendly hotels/resorts. IBIS takes pets but not sure if they have a size limit.

    I got mine in Ratchaburi the same day, maybe a 30 minute wait at the most, a couple of years ago now.
