when would it be almost impossible? when would you have no other option but to hand your card to someone? a lot of times people just do this by habit when there is no need too

years ago, when i run a pub i used to tell customers to never use their credit card anywhere they have to hand it to someone to prove my point, i would take there card for payment and in the few seconds of handling their card right in front of them i would memorize all the details about 4 pints later i would recite their card details from memory and then say, "imagine how easy it is if i use pen n paper...." then i would explain to them about skimmers, which can be worn and unnoticed on a belt all you need are the details, not the card hotels, bars, clubs are the worst places to use a card and never allow others to handle your card

same advert or same product? you need to check the listing number (will be in the URL) it is very common for vendors to advertise the exact same products with different prices and discounts pull up advert on one phone, then scan the QR to pull it up on 2nd phone to ensure it is the exact same listing

this was always the solution they were planning the back n fore show is just to get to the "compromise" in the middle The only thing illegal about weed has been the fact that it was illegal there has never been any evidence of weed causing death unlike alcohol and nicotine (even nicotine is debateable) pr drunk drivers -

Cost of having a house built?
patman30 replied to Gottsy's topic in Real Estate, Housing, House and Land Ownership
a better question might be what can i expect if i pay X? i mean what is your budget? you can spend as much as you want here and there is no guarantee of quality simply due to paying more Hummin gives good advice we built our house very cheap, but i am still fixing it. i spent less on house (under 1m) and then added a nice solar system, well, landscaping, efficient aircons etc. you can also hire a QC foreman to oversee the builder and ensure everything is according to plan (means you also need pay for proper plans) a foreman is about 30k/month, but they deal with the builder so you do not have to. -

you have to sell your house under market value if you actually want someone to buy it otherwise like many, you will just be stuck trying to sell for years, while newer options become available at similar prices i sold my house about 3m under what it cost me (buy and renovate), and about 6 million under market value but i sold it very quick, and in 2021, also sold my condos, some at 50% of market value -

machines are not under any heavy load, drawing 100-200w max even if they did work, the heat that comes off them make them unsuitable as i run rigs 24/7, using a UPS was just to save a few minutes downtime, as rigs set to boot up on AC restore anyway simply not worth it if then needing to run aircon at load 24/7, as i am off grid
