Don't even think about it. Exit Thailand via airport and clear up any overstay. Return at some point visa exempt and attend to divorce. 60 day except stamp can be extended by 30 days. Plenty of time to sort out the divorce side of things. What is length of overstay

Yes you will see it with fields filled in. Your record of reports will show it as pending. Eventually approved or rejected. You may have done it a day early however (just imo) I would not do another just yet. What is the usual process time based on past reports

You should not see a TM47 form. After you log in you select either "new application" or "previous reports" Obviously it's a new application. The first field that appears is passport # After that there is a magnifying glass. When finished you hit submit.

That "no need to make TM30 after return to usual place of residence" came in June 2020. In recent times is now required. Some genius wanted to sync TM30 with online reporting.

Your post makes little sense. Perhaps you were flying visa exempt and asked to see airline supervisor when asked for onward flight. The OP has a Visa so that would not be necessary.

Did you even read the OP. He was asking if any issues in obtaining a 30 day extension to his most recent visa exempt entry. Answer is simple: NO issue.

Typo...you meant 60 day visa exempt stamp. Few reports of an couple of immigration offices not issuing the 30 day extension followed by the 60 to visit wife. Don't know why.

Yes. It's ridiculous. We don't have Monty python anymore however Thai immigration. Personally I don't do the TM30 after return from abroad. I do one just prior to annual extensions (CW) and so far has not resulted in fine.

The guy you quoted was referring to reporting in person. That can be done up to 7 days after due date without fine. BTW the 2000k fine does not accumulate. It's 2k if you miss a few

That statement should read "Airlines will ask for the details....." They will check the e-Visa print out carefully. Also immigration when you arrive. Make sure you present the e-Visa along with boarding pass to immigration

You should have know that as it's common knowledge. To be fair at one point some advice was 15 days prior up to due date. As for the rest of your post ....Yes you apply as soon as your window opens is best policy. So that means at the 75 day mark. The report starts clock for next report. You would end up doing one extra report doing it online vs in person per year. If you do report via mail you can also do it at the 75 day mark however immigration with give you a due date for next report 90 days from previous due date. Not from when you mail it. As for your extension.... people moan about that for what. Best to provide what immigration demand.

Most reports indicate that the online application after travel abroad will be rejected. As I understand it they wanted to sync TM30 with online reporting. Obviously you could try and do it online.
