As said , Hanoi is great, especially the old quarter area which still has architecture from several European countries. This area has wonderful old style accommodation some vey cheap, some a bit more expensive, and great food / big variety, reasonable prices. I've been to this area many times on days off from giving uni lectures (all English, great students, intelligent, analytical, all speak very advanced English). Haven't done t it but I've read before that some agencies / hotels / restaurants offer excellent whole day / half day guided walking tour of the old quarter, guides speaks English. Enjoy.

I'm lost, what is the 'Mygov app'? Is this a 100% completely new method to login to "Mggov", especially from abroad? (Me in Thailand). One report I just read detailed the normal login method using my previously indicated preferred option of the Mygov system using one of the three pre set personal questions and answers, in other words no different from before. But other reading talks about an app. Now I'm lost. Please advise, appreciated.

There's hundreds of millions of people world wide (who are not fools and many would object to you using this word) who are very happy for their elected gov't to organize quality equal health care for all close to no charge. Same for quality equal education. Many are quite happy with the share the wealth aspect of this subject / support and care for each other.
