Just found on Lazada price 4,300 baht so may want to check that out - yes multi point on that site also. As only 2 year (5 for boiler) guarantee looks like best to replace. Was thinking of units I had bought of lower wattage and less than 2k on sale when mentioned cheap - did not know they made as many types. https://www.lazada.co.th/products/mex-0-10-mex-multi-point-centri-6r-6000w-i4613832008-s18917064167.html? Edit: After closer check above seller seems to be "new" so might not be available - most seem to sell around 6k.

As said before the stop valve on input side of such heaters normally also have a sediment filter which needs to be opened and cleaned occasionally. If valve is hard to turn could indicate full of dirt/sand and restricting water flow - which in turn could cause overheating if a fault in sensor. Is you water flow with just shower head much stronger now that unit bypassed? But these are normally inexpensive units so probably best to replace - they are rated for multi point use? Most units sold in Thailand are single point only and should not be used with shower and tap.

So you base one instance, of the about 17,000 cardiologist in another country, (and admit second opinion said first doctor was crazy) as proof that all cardiologists would do such worldwide to everyone over age of 60? Logic - there is none.

I was about 73 and went for angiograms after bad physical stress test and no blockage of 70% or more (including previous 2 stents) so unless having systems doctor advised against treatment and session ended.

Actually that is your decision as you are awake during procedure - if indicated you will be advised and of the options and make the decision at that point to have or not or what type. Been there. Agree out of shape seems to be a factor (although does not seem to be mentioned much). My physical stress tests were not much better after stents than before but chemical stress tests were fine.

Thai cyanide serial killer: Big Joke hands over case reports
lopburi3 replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
Believe his nickname is actually "jok" (Thai congee) due to his liking of the dish. -
The big question is if enlarge with balloon or also insert stents (with stents price increase greatly and with medical stents even more and requirements for long term medication). 70% I believe is the normal level to allow preventive stent use. Is he having issues or was this just a test result? Others have mentioned using India for much lower cost for medical procedures so might want to check that path. But you say urgent so maybe not an option (although 70% is not normally that serious from my understanding). https://gwdocs.com/specialties/vascular-surgery/carotid-artery-disease#:~:text=Narrowing of the carotid arteries between 50-70% carries a,20% over five years).

There are many on Lazada and Shopee and suspect large drug stores can advise local source and there may be a rental option also available. Hand operated units are not very expensive. Also need to know if have to use bed as toilet or not for mattress configuration. Sorry do not have knowledge of local source as live in Bangkok.

Gather rain water? ???? It would probably be time to replace everything (wood rafters now) with iron and insulated panel type roof. But OP did not mention how old roof is that I noticed - thought it was new or almost new but may have missed something.
-
We have simple such roof for 45 years now and still standing. Installed air vents and placed insulation on ceilings about 35-40 years ago and few leaks were fixed at that time - no issues since. The pics were hard to judge from, except for an obvious sun leak in one (which does need a fix).
-
Actually on second thought believe it was 30% Haiter liquid bleach and 70% water in a spray bottle and just make it damp - when dries goes back to normal white color. Best to check Google as may have used damp cloth after half hour or so. Was quite suppressed at how well it worked.

Demonology department of hospital - and probably should check for skin cancer prior to removal. If positive for cancer they will make a larger cut. Have had done myself about 20 years ago on a positive cancer. Remember to be pro active as few Thai have skin cancer so many doctors will not make such checks a priority unless asked.

These appear to be asbestosis cement tiles (not legal anymore) but newer cement only look about the same - the original tiles do not seal properly without being cut a bit when installed (which is real danger). If not ready to replace roof perhaps using cement board ceiling (as was normally done with such homes rather than plaster/wall board would be cost effective. Cleaning spots with vinegar will restore ceiling if not want to change.

Palliative clinics and hospice facilities are not much of a thing here. If you have drugs perhaps stay at home and have someone treat you if able - or stay in hospital for last days. Outside hospital most effective drugs are not easily available - and even in hospital expect best to make arrangements with a doctor willing to use prior to need.

Free rides on Bangkok’s Yellow Line monorail during June trial
lopburi3 replied to snoop1130's topic in Bangkok News
Actually last week it seemed about half of the road had been cleared and pot holes fixed and most of that area put back into 3rd lane between Soi 101 and Chok Chai 4 stations. But until it is all open not of much use as have to return to 2 lanes too often. But at least there seems to be light at the end of this much delayed project. But the U turns continue to be a nightmare, with entry points being changed almost weekly. -

Thanks - that was not mentioned in OP or 2 other sources I checked before asking. Would seem a rather important point for a news article inviting people out to try. -
