  1. Just watched his 'Reversing diabetes' vid as a litmus test of his thinking, and agree 100%, almost on his thoughts. Good stuff 👍 All you folks on the high end of #s, pre diabetic or even diabetic already, need to watch that one. The folks I watch (list above) are all in about the same mindset +/-. The info is there, and really takes no effort to follow ... UP2U Stop believing the BS, big pharma spin of medication for everything. Simply stop creating the symptoms, instead of treating them. It really isn't rocket science.
  2. I watch these 5 YT'ers, and learned a good bit of balanced advice. Results are exactly as they explained. Good stuff, and no hard sales pitch BS 👍 KenDBerryMD Nutrition Made Simple! Dr Brad Stanfield Dr. Eric Westman Insulin Resistant 1
  3. Trying to avoid all that, and why I cut most sugars & carbs, out of my diet. Was always on the top end of normal, after 40+ yrs old, and eating 'FDA Healthy', and now realize their version is the opposite of what is healthy. Under 40 yrs old, not a problem, as everything gets burned of, and body (liver & kidneys) can handle most everything. 40+ ... not so easy on the body. Now all normal or the low end of normal, for the unhealthy #s. 70, and hoping to squeeze out 10 more years of no issues & healthy lifestyle.
  4. Been there, did that, bought the hat, as don't do t-shirts. 45 yrs was long enough, and saw most everything I wanted to. To continue living there, I'd still have to earn income, and I'm way too lazy for that. 25 yrs working, or having a schedule was more than enough for me. Now it's all me time ... Chillin' time 😎
  5. Purchased from iHerb. Also available on LAZ, but like ordering from iHerb, so no fakes, hopefully. Citrate version of the three types, is easiest digested, least expensive, though some folks have problem with diarrheic, which may be a plus, for those suffering from constipation. Myself, didn't notice anything in that area. It really helps you sleep, or did for me. Sleep straight through, 6 - 8 hrs, now, when before, was more like 6 hrs or less, with waking to P, halfway through. I take with last meal/dinner, 5 ish PM.
  6. 'A Xmas Story' ... if never seen
  7. Just like everyone else ... ... unless some people are dump enough to believe there was no inflation in the USA a few years since 2000. -0- inflation = 0 COLA adjustment on USA Social Security (retirement payments), for 2009, 2010 & 2015
  8. Too many times, though much better that 6 - 12 months ago. I do drink a lot of water, and prostate is a bit enlarged. Have noticed, my change in diet seems to have help a bit. Again, Keto ish & very low carbs/sugar. Only real change. Think main difference is Magnesium supplement, and since taking, no longer wake up to P at night after falling asleep. A major change, along with, seem to have a lot more volume, and P less times a day, or urge to. Kind of gives me the feeling, the prostate may have shrunk back a bit. All pluses compared to about a year ago, and all blood work good, and better than a year or so ago. Seem to have gotten healthy the past 2 ish years, and possibly simply because paying attention to diet more. In which case, way too easy. as little to no real effort involve.
  9. Y'all might want to take a peek at this ... link At least now, they are actually acknowledging, vax spike proteins are a problem.
  10. Nope, surprisingly. Only checkpoint we stopped at, was on some really small back road, along Phetchaburi costal road, and not even the main rd. Like they had nothing better to do. Bizarre, and had hand held thermometer gun, pointed at forehead, then waved on 🙄. Looked like a bunch of old ladies from a PTA in brown uniforms. And we literally drove around the whole country a few times. First week, April 2020 ?, read hwy 4 was closed except for mandatory travel. So we did a tester, down along the coast, real nice day out, crossed over into Chumphon, the came back up from Chumphon to Pkk, as figured they couldn't stop us from going home. Not one check point. With that we packed ... and gone. Had a rotation, 2 weeks on road, a week home, then repeat. Only came back, as house #3 was being built, and that took 18 months 🙄
  11. Lucked out also, as 1st house was built when ฿40/$1, so only cost $20k USD. Even better when I sold it, exchange rate was ฿29 ?/$1 and paid for in USA, US bank to US bank, so sold for $46k. That profit paid for the land (6 rai) & 2nd house. That sold, land appreciated silly to silly high priced, and paid for house, solar, BEVs we have now TH has been very good to us. THB has been stable now for past 15 ish year, @ ฿33+/- to $1 USD, with some nice highs the past couple years, 35-36-37 👍 Just hoping it stays where it is, till Trump is done.
  12. These are February 2021 ... high season ... BLISS Was @ Phuket a lot during the 'situation' Every beach, hardly anyone there ...
  13. I ignored every recommendation, and simply practiced a bit of social distancing, no more than I would during normal flu season. No mask, no vax, no lockdown, and got chastised on this & local forum for my thoughts. To the point I should be jailed and or killed for reckless endangerment ... Even the local PoPo could care less and didn't enforce any of the silliness, as use to wave and or a head nod as they drove past me, almost daily as I walked the dog surfside. Since the local park of choice was closed. Same week they announced provincial lock down, no unnecessary travel, we were out the door. Two years of bliss playing tourist all around TH. Only wore a mask to get inside 7-11 & Makro Along with the overly packed BTS/MRT if at Krung Thep. Just a cloth mask that did even less than medical masks, or worse, in cool season, wore my cold weather, wind blocking mask, that actually had holes in it to breathe easily, so it wouldn't frost up, since made for freezing weather.
  14. Remember the photos & vids, once out of 'lockdown', grandparents in bubble suits, or behind a plastic wall, hugging the grandkid .... F'g Sheeple
  15. Easier simply to not let them in, one would think 🙄 In this case, honor the extradition request instead of allowed to stay. Not his first run in with PoPo ... "The suspect has been residing in Germany since 2006, yet obtained protected status only in 2016. Prior to that, he had a run-in with German law in 2013, when he was convicted of “disturbance of public peace by threatening crimes,” Spiegel reported." You can't fix stupid ...
  16. That turned out a lot better, than using ARO brand 'block cheddar'. Using the Vintage 24 month aged. Stronger cheddar flavor ... and someone asked why even do ? Because now it will melt like the salted plastic Kraft singles, on a burger or as grilled cheese. If you ever tried putting Vintage cheddar on or as either ... nuff said. Damn near spreadable, and would melt nicely for a sauce also 😎
  17. I actually thought that was fake ... NO ... not only real, but people act like it was something right or normal to do Sheeple believe anything they are told ... mind boggling
  18. Reuters apparently also thinks transgender & non binary people are real
  19. They do sell whole wheat flour in TH ... if wanting a better choice
  20. https://www.facebook.com/reel/1318158435852369
  21. I disagree with that opinion. Sugar and starchy carbs are a major issue, and right behind trans fats & junk food. Cut way back on both, and healthier (blood work #s) and feel much better.
  22. Y'all need to consider the OP, sitting on 1M Super, but asking about 20k a month budget. Along with where to live, 3 different places this week, I think. Can I live on 'this much' threads are getting old ... maybe 10 or 15 a year, once a month. Own everything, single person, so it's very doable, and think we can agree on that. IF, of course you have no health issues, and an oops fund, as health ins won't be included in that budget, I don't think. What kind of life that is, a bit of a question, depending on variables. We own everything, and our monthly budget averaged ฿16,300 a month. Slight advantage, having Solar. And we eat very good, 95% in house, if not more, and mostly homemade whole foods. Which makes a huge difference.
  23. We actually do quite well on 20k a month, but we are all bought in, w/solar also, and that saves about 5k a month. Without being bought in, owning everything, then 10k for rent & utilities, that allows about 300 a day for food, so eating good shouldn't be problem. BUT ... that's about it. A decent survival. Anyone thinking about that life, stay home and enjoy your safety net, when you have an oops. But OP is rich, so he shouldn't have any problem.
