Not really. People are just starting to pay attention and realize it. I've been pointing it out for literally decades, and always told I'm mistaken. Glad people are finally starting to wake, open their eyes, look at a AQI / PM2.5 meter every now & then. Instead of, looking out the window, seeing the house across the street, and think it's another clear day ... If you can't see a hillside clearly, at least 10 kms away, then the air you're breathing is unhealthy.

Voted in 1 presidential election out of 12 available. I won't be voting in this one either. President is appointed by electors of the Electoral College (EC). He/she is not elected by popular vote. You don't even vote for the electors of the EC. Electoral College is the group of presidential electors that is formed every four years during the presidential election for the sole purpose of voting for the president and vice president. Each state appoints the electors. With that ... what's the point of voting for the President. I have better things to do, than waste my time, going through the motions, doing something, that affects, absolutely nothing. 4 times the EC appointed the unpopular candidate ... Big fan of large window areas also, for the same reason. All 3 house builds have / had lots of outdoor viewing. Present one, dog's sofa and eat in kitchen look out onto & beyond the veranda. Nice views, looking East from the doors below and West from the front porch. Last house, almost the whole North wall was glass, 2nd floor was open w/360° view ... First house, West wall was half glass ...

A short local O&A, and only 85 kms away. Popped up to Pranburi beach area, (Pak Nam) just north of us, to see what's up on a weekend (Sat). Apparently left a little too early for festivities; bands, more street vendors, and some 'mini' balloons. Stopped on the way back home for a nice munch. If in the area, would recommend the munch spot, at very north end of Sam Roi Yot beach. Cappuccino frappe sucked, but food was tasty.

In that case, it's a half rai ... House sits on 1/4 rai, and the green house / garden, sits on another 1/4 opposite side of soi. Might even be getting a concrete road soon 👍

Defeats the whole point of having a wife / GF. I loathe those that do, and have no respect for them. Don't even want to be near then, as the must untrustworthy of people. Don't need a justification. Knew when I left 24 yrs ago, I wouldn't be returning. Any doubt and I wouldn't have liquidated all my RE. Would have kept at least 1, JIC. Almost half my adult life was there, that was enough for me. Missed peeking at a few Nat. Parks, but that's about it. Did or seen anything else that would interest me.
