more info needed ... if you owned/leased the property for 4 yrs and never paid a bill, that's 334 baht a month X 48 months. Although guessing that's not the case, or they would have shut it off a long time ago for no payment. Is it a detached house, townhouse ? If that's a one month bill, since occupying again, it could be something as simply as misread meter, it happens. 16k instead of 1,6k. Or, you have current leaching somewhere. Any recent work done. I had that happen once, and extension cord in a puddle in the yard, for some reason, didn't trip a breaker. Turned into a $1800 USD bill, which did get sorted. Check wiring above the ceiling. Maybe a critter chewed and exposed a wire, and it drawing current against something.

If we drive our 20k kms a year locally, and charge as we normally do using excess solar, that saves us 419,200 baht over the 8 yr warranty period. 52.4K baht a year, ICEV vs EV petrol cost alone. Or to put it another way, it will cost the ICEV owner, 419,200 baht to drive 20k kms over 8 years, plus 15 oil changes, and a few full tune-up. I did that, (Dec 13) let it go down to 9 %, then back to 100 %, and recovered a couple kms. Different afterwards from car's guestimate, before 9 - 100 % charge. No meter of sorts, just what the car told me (MG ZS).
