  1. Even worse, looks like a Remington Model 870, a pump shotgun at that. Ain't doing much damage with that thing. He'd get put down before reloading. Mommy's car and probably drove up from Georgia Kids these days, can't even execute a plan ... embarrassing.
  2. A shotgun ... this wasn't very well thought out Ruined his life, for a PR stunt 🙄
  3. Mason was another favorite, seen him a few times. Never warmed up to Jackson Brown, too depressing. Same as Bromberg, though did like some of his stuff. Traffic, then Winwood when he went solo. Early show pricing was $5-8, four bands, and they'd start at 8 o'clock and show end after midnight. I stopped going to shows in USA when they hit $60. Ozzy (Sabbath reunion), Don Henley & STP were few of my last show seen, at Memphis, just before coming to TH. Hard to believe I paid 4500 baht to see EC at Impact Arena, but everyone should see him once, though not sure the wife appreciated it as much as me. Seen EC the most, even flew to other cities when worked for airlines, try to see him at smaller venues. Paid even more for my daughter to see 1D at Bangkok, $175 I think. Actually put on a good show, as had 2 extra tickets, her friends didn't show up for, so wife and myself used them, since couldn't sell them. Note to self: don't buy extra tickets for friends, unless have money in hand. Caught Jeff Beck at Tower theater (2000 seats) on one of my return trips to USA, that was special, as seen him before, but large venues, with Stewart (early days), before they parted ways and SRV tour, when they switch being headliner every other night. I could yak about music all day.
  4. Jeez, I'm still leaving out a bunch, CSN&Y, Scaggs, Armatrading. the Band w/Dylan 👍, Harrison when solo, with the Hare Krishna begging for money outside the Spectrum (Philly music venue), Little Feat. So many, we could go on & on, Grand Funk was a favorite, and many I saw multiple times. Clapton's first solo tour, before I realized who he was. That was kind of embarrassing. All those songs sounded familiar WTF
  5. Whatever ... is this John ? You F'g with me
  6. While typing, realize I was leaving out a lot. Was concentrating on the 'zoom' factor. Steve Miller was a favorite, the Who, 10 yrs after, Tull, Grand Funk, Doobies. Then the unknowns to most, Phil Ochs, Bromberg, Newman, Nilsson, Lofgren. Saw so many bands in was mind boggling. Saw James Gang, real early, only because a friend was dating the bass player. Saw then unknows, open for bands, on a 4 band bill, that became famous within a couple years. Strangely never cared for Grateful Dead. Also realized, I listened to a lot crap back then, when hear it now, wonder what the hell was I thinking.
  7. I couldn't stick with that. There's days, if busy, won't eat till 1500, but I'll need something at 2000, or I'll end up eating before I sleep at midnight. My last 'snack' is 2000, then breakfast around 11-1200. Then off to the park or surf, for a short stroll with the dog. Black coffee when I wake. That eating schedule has worked great for me. Stay under 80 kg easy.
  8. And what was their life expectancy ??? As @save the frogs pointed out, it's the longer, healthier folks fasting that will have a issue with muscle loss, during longer fast.
  9. I'm 71, was tripping in high school, 1972 / 73. I preferred LSD over alcohol back then. Zappa, ELO, Manfred Mann, ELP, Steeleye Span. Black Sabbath, Pink Floyd, Zep. Along with lots of blues & bluegrass / folk bands. Do a hit and go to a concert, instead of getting drunk, like everyone else. Saw amazing band when they were just starting. Missed the Orange Sunshine wave, but dots & window pane were quite good. Way beyond just colors & trails.
  10. Multi day fasting is not good the body. Lack of protein and weight loss, usual involves lean muscle loss. Not the results or weight you want to lose. Intermittent fasting of 16 hours, with an 8 hour eating window will give maximum results. Actually very easy to do. Start with 12 hours and work your way up to 18 hours. Easy to stick with, and one to two months, you notice the benefits. More than an 18 hours fast is too challenging, and useless if you can't stick with it.
  11. So no rights being violated and minors being protected is all I read in those 2 links. Nothing trans can't do that the rest of people can do, except force their dillusions of themselves on others, and make people comply to 'their' thinking.
  12. At least your imagination is a lot better than you reading comprehension. Have a nice night.
  13. AN ... Interactions with like minded people, or not, exchanging ideas, civil debate, learning something, or enlightening, helping someone. Off AN ... I'm an open book, y'all should know by now. Thankfully for me, it's a long list of enjoyable things.
  14. With you on that one. Yet to hear any valid argument, that any group, is denied any rights that others are entitled to. This only applying to USA. Etched in stone, well, the US Constitution, 14th Amendment (Equal Protection Clause).
  15. Only dated, lived with, one nutter, which everyone should, at least once. Opened my eyes to some reality of women, you just don't really know about, until experiencing a nutter. Prior to, I leaned to believing women, when they cried abuse, or played the victim. Never again, and unless seeing personally, that 'believe every woman' thingy, that was being pushed a while back (before Tara Reade) ... that's BS. Too many nutters out there.
  16. Chiang Rai & Lampang, OK, give the rest a pass.
  17. Actually, may not be far from reality. Even though most have removed being 'Transgender' from the list of mental disorders, back around 2013, they still consider 'Gender Dysphoria', a treatable mental illness / disorder. If it keeps making the news, then I wouldn't be surprised, if added to the list of mental issues that would deny owning a firearm. Actually, not a bad idea, as it's shown too many times over, when people had identity complex, or feel others can't, won't accept them for who they are, the act out, and sadly, sometimes extremely violently. Unfortunately, if falls in many of the loopholes of some states, not have access to medical records, when doing a background check. Firearm fan that I am, it is one of the loopholes, I feel that needs to be fixed, along with a couple others in some states.
  18. Yea, he, she ,it, made my 'list' after our first interaction.
  19. When I see my past sexualy adventures in my vehicles, on the internet, I'll be contacting my lawyer and suing for compensation, as surely they made a small mint. Bastards.
  20. Thought I was being on topic, cannabis + ??? = enhanced benefits. Pretty sure most would think mixing LSD & Cannabis, not the most intelligent thing to do. Especially since both, can make 'insecure' people extremely paranoid, and the addition of LSD, would definitely be a negative in that situation. Didn't mean to hit a nerve with you, and bring your inferiority complex to the surface. Apologies, and maybe you should put me on your ignore list, to avoid any future mental trauma.
  21. Lotus's hasn't updated their online site either, as still showing the 3 kg bag.
  22. Just encountered another 'shrink-flation' item. SmartHeart dog food, 3 kg bag, now 2.6 kg, but same price, at Lotus's, and on sale to top it off. Sidenote: Makro still selling the 3 kg bag, for same price, not on sale. Lotus's sucks, but I was feeling lazy, and already there for Swensen's. What will be interesting, is when we run out, and Makro restocks, will it be a 3 kg or 2.6 kg bag. If 3 kg bag, shame on Lotus's. Sad part, I was at Makro yesterday, and forgot to pick up the dog food 🤬
  23. Nope, only LSD & Cannabis together, and enhanced life itself, on so many levels
  24. Buds I didn't have a script for, and just recently, when they announced, they'll be enforcing the not so fine print of the law. Illegal, as the law states ... ... "Buying and possessing marijuana flowering buds in Thailand is legal only for medical purposes and requires a valid prescription from a licensed Thai medical professional. Recreational use has been officially prohibited following major regulatory shifts in mid-2025" ... You did notice that I stated ... "shady PoPo looking for a payday" ... To avoid an iffy situation, don't place yourself in, an iffy situation. Just a wee bit of common sense, all guest to TH, should us, especially, since no benefit to me at all to transport it.
  25. Agree ... to truly believe, you are a different sex, definitely falls under mentally ill. Takes a simple test or tests to verify, what sex you are, suppose to be. If the mentally ill saw it on paper, they might realize, they are simply gay or bi.
