Couple choices, though not sure if applicable to your locations. I needed a few truck for top soil after some back filling. Simply stopped the trucks going by the house where we lived, a bit rural, and gave the load a good sniff, till I found some good top soil. I got a 'farmer's nose' for good top soil. Nice, dark, fragrant. Someone is always digging a pond of leveling off a mound. When found, told them I only want top soil, and will pay extra. Bring next 5 or 10 truckloads my way. When that avenue and patience ran dry, simply got the best available, and supplemented that with a layer of cow manure, and if necessary, some cassava. Advisory using ground cassava (black), go lite, and do during rainy season, as needs to be 'washed' a bit, as too potent to plant on right away. Try manure before cassava, if not sure what you're doing. Both houses using that method, I got full lawns without seeding or sod, simply from the grass seedling in the soil and or manure. They were barren to begin with, or turned & leveled. Before & after: This house just used fill, top soil & manure:

Describe 'long' ? 10-20-50 kms or 100 round trip/loop. Pattaya, Chonburi, N-S-W of are congested areas. Are you willing to move to Krabi, simply for cycling ? Do you enjoy the rest of what Pattaya offers. Frankly I'd leave, just to leave, cycling or not ???? But if you simply move to another congested area ...

yes, I just got that yellow thingy also, and simply 'x'/closed it, without doing anything else. Not sure that was even an AN pop up, and most things are blocked on my PC & phone, the rare times I use the phone. One reason I don't use phone & phone apps, nothing but adds.

6-year-old in custody after shooting teacher in Virginia, police chief says
KhunLA replied to Scott's topic in World News
Obviously, with few exceptions, it all comes down to the parenting. Unfortunately, something went horribly wrong it seems, after I got out of High School, and parents wanted to be the children's friend, instead of teacher or disciplinarian. After a couple generations of that, and we are where we are. Aside from these freak stories, unless you're a gang banger, or P'iss someone off, it's highly unlikely, you'd be a victim of firearm violence. Most people are shot by people they know, or gang bangers. You have a better chance of winning the lottery, than getting shot by a stranger. -

Chances are (demographic wise), wasn't a redneck. Emphasis on 'white' "redneck /ˈredˌnek/ noun DEROGATORY•INFORMAL a working-class white person, especially a politically reactionary one from a rural area" -

FBAR end of year tax reporting to IRS

With 400k in the bank, you'll break the $10k USD bar quite easily. I wish it was ฿40+ / $1 USD dollar also, but won't see that again in our lifetime. -
She's got all of 5+ minutes of screen time to her career ... ... not bad for snagging the lead in her TV series.

Don't think anyone needs to teach anyone, any age how to shoot a firearm. Simply watching TV will do that. Didn't see it mentioned, what was used. A revolver, point & pull. Semi, may be a safety involved, but certainly not hard to figure out, along with chambering a round. 6 yr old is far from stupid or incapable of figuring out the simplest things. How to handle safely is a different story. -
I'm really liking the 'one pedal' driving. With MG there is no 'mode' that I'm aware of, unless you can turn KERS/regen off in settings. Does have 3 modes of, 1 - 2 - 3, which I keep in 3, as the most slowing, with 1 not much more than coasting to a stop in an ICE. Rarely touch the brakes, except on highway in cruise control when approaching stopped traffic at 90 kph. I don't trust the tech that much, or want to find out, along with any type of emergency braking. If a vehicle in front of me, then it will keep pace with their stopping, and stop by itself, when in cruise control. Then have to tap the accelerator to move forward when traffic does, again, with no need to touch the brakes. Doubt if we'll ever need to replace them/brake pads.

Depends, 50 states, 50 sets of rule, along with county rules. Virginia unfortunately, does not require. But does have laws in place to punish 'parents', anyone that allows children to gain access. 84% of the students live below the poverty level and qualify for free lunch program. Guessing the parents aren't holding high end incomes with the Ph'd degrees: https://nces.ed.gov/ccd/schoolsearch/school_detail.asp?Search=1&ID=510264001071 -
