Just out of interest why would you visit T21/Central every day? They both have the same boring range of shops. Being close to them would exclude a range of very nice condos in the Pratamnack/Jomtien area. The problem with North Pattaya, IMO, is the lack of access to the baht bus route which means you have to drive everywhere. If i was buying again i would go for the Axis on Thappraya Road. Next to Pattaya's ONLY park, on the baht bus route easy access to Pattaya/Jomtien. Walking distance to many fine dining restaurants. Sea view if you want it. Good parking on site. Not overpriced like some of the newer condos. Goes without saying only buy in foreign quota.

I've lived here for 19 years but never once been asked to show my passport. But i keep a copy with me anyway. Would be crazy to carry your actual passport.
