Hat Yai Immigration is certainly far less dramatic than some of the other immigration offices around the country, if posts in the Immigration Forum are any guide. They've been more efficient during Covid, primarily because there are far fewer customers, I just hope they persist with the Line App for appointments and queries post Covid as it saves a lot of time.
