Initial result shocked me, some bloody dribble. But now a good stream. Developed an urinary tract infection (ecoli), pumped with antibiotic infusions. 73 grams of growth removed, no cancer in tissue! Good: no cancer found, close to no relevant pain. Could sit and move from the 2nd day. Not so good: my kidney function is under watch. Blood test result went worse after TURP? Waiting for another blood test. Urine still not crystal clear but urologist was not concerned. Overflowing bank account relieved.

Basically all said. Don't be fooled by fees. Some will offer "no fee" transfer. It's always fees AND rates to compare. What counts? Money arriving in your Thai account. And WISE is hard to beat for typical private transfers.
