Legit question for a thread in General. Sounds like a misspelling of Nai Harn in Phuket?
  2. You feel taken for a ride if you follow the rules while this criminal can hang around Phuket without a passport selling drugs. Four years never ran into a police check? Mr big is a foam beater.
  3. For me definitely Christian era. They don't add to what is in the passport.
  4. I only have experience with single statements in pdf. There you simply get the password prompt when trying to open and enter birthday as: yyyymmdd 13. April 1958: 19580413 The compressed file (zip?): Can you unpack it without password to single files?
  5. TM6 was only issued at land borders. Just did my 90 day report online where there event isn't a field to fill.
  6. I went through a couple of file managers/explorers. This one did the job: https://www.rsfile.net/ On my phone it comes in German as "RS Datei Manager". But you find it in playstore searching "RS File Manager". It has quite annoying adds. I had to close it once to get around.
  7. Ice makers rent these filled with ice. Perfect replacement for a fridge. Freezer is a different topic.
  8. You were faster. Hot sweaty evening. AC running, thunderstorm and bang! That's a shock. Announced means you can prepare. Buy a drove of ice ????
  9. And in MyFiles there is a three-dots menu with Add to desktop (or similar, mine is in German).
  10. My question too. Can hardly be two separate killings. And who can not differentiate between a Ferrari and a Fortuner? Thai news obsessed with Ferrari killers?
  11. The real stuff ????Not the thick "cheese filled crust" degeneration. And don't ask for pizza Hawaii ????
  12. Bigjoke here is a real job for you. Find these crooks and lock them out indefinitely. It really shocks me as no Pattaya visit without view point after sundown.
  13. It was in a German expat gazette yesterday (TIP Zeitung). A mate alarmed me. If it all goes back to BP you can still hope it's a hoax.
  14. Surprise. After the first annoying experiences with Bangkok Bank: seems they worked on it. No more grimaces required and face recognized even before exactly in the frame. (if you are in a private hospital you better raise the limits ????)
  15. Well deserved and a fairly cheap lesson. Refusing to stop and showing the finger to Thai males. Could have gone much worse.
  16. Fiddling and searching on the SSD or old hard disk is quite hopeless. Again: the WiFi password is setup in the router. What does the sticker on your router show? Only a password? (<password>) User name and password? (admin, <password>) What happens if you enter this in the browser address line and open: 192.168.1.1 What's the manufacturer and model number of the router? What is your internet provider (ToT/NT, 3BB, AIS, ....)?
  17. Interesting background. Gives me an idea why BigC extra has lost a lot of it's attraction for me when in Pattaya. Cheese: they only offer super expensive brand name products. Swiss Gruyere for 3000+ which you get at half the price at Friendship. Casino cheese price hikes stunning. Up here most has vanished from the shelves. Too few millionaires here ????
  18. Prepare for crowds on Aug 3rd. Four working days closed!
  19. MAKRO: have a look at the freezer and don't be surprised if they offer similarly expensive steaks from US, Australia, NZ on offer. Wagyu! Of course the fresh meat is way less expensive. You just have to know what it is good for.
  20. Many common Thais find 400 Baht for a kg of freshly slaughtered beef tenderloin unaffordable. But I think the pictures answer a rhetorical question. How many buyers will go for Spanish smoked pata negra ham for 9000 to 16000 Baht/kilo to be seen at TOPS in Central Beach rd.? How many will buy a small flask of "handmade" Italian olive oil for 11000 Baht? (seen many years ago at Bangkok Siam paragon basement)
  21. New SSD and laptop starting from that. Did you reinstall Windows or transfer? It's obvious that the WiFi pw was stored on the old installation and got lost. The sticker on the router is usually the pw to login to the router and not the WiFi pw. WiFi pw can be changed in the router menu. Are you familiar with that?
