The whole article focuses only on the aviation features of the airports. Nothing about quality/convenience/safety of the airports for passengers. Where would Paris Charles De Gaulle be on such a list? Worst airport experience I had.

That's true for SCB. I didn't need to go to the branch/ATM but switch off WiFi and connect via AIS mobile data. So they effectively check whether you/phone are in the country.
