I need to replace the CRT TV. I am aiming under 10k baht, 40 inches size, and under 60 watt power consumption LED TV. It would be use psi satellite Thai channels watching only. So nothing special. However I preferred to buy a brand one from a store. Any recommendation or recent promotions (in Bangkok)? Thank you.

If you can up your price a little then there are Panasonic and LG brand for a little bigger screen size (43 inches)

 

Check around in Big C, Lotus, Powermall, Home Pro etc... all have specials at different times on different products in different shops.

Well, I ended up with Panasonic 40" th 40e400t, 54 watt for 12k from Bigc. 3 years warranty.

Would you recommend your new Panasonic?  I'm also in the market and looking at the Pana 43 or 49-inch.  I'm wondering how well it handles standard definition transmissions or DVDs.

My Panasonic working fine, however we just use for the free PSI satellite and sometimes I stick USB to watch movies. Power consumption is 54 watt.
