Occupancy Rates & Rental Management Fees

Featured Replies

Hi,

I wonder if anyone has info on these? I am doing research the hard way, walking & talking, but if anyone has any pointers (that they'd want to share) I would really like to know what kind of occupancy rates (over 12 months) people are getting in Pattya area on condos they're renting out. Also, I have generally been qouted around 30% (all in, ie 20% per year + 1 month rent + another few % for this or that) charges from rental management companies - which frankly I think is a bit of a rip-off - is this normal for Pattya or do I just look like a sucker?

Thanks for any help. :o

Don’t know about the above.

But rip-off is the norm for most things apart from food

and a jump, these two are still pretty good value for money.

In Pattaya.

Have a nice day
