I've decided to subscribe to a broadband service but seem like providers can change promotion as and when they like. I tried to check out for some details with TOT and True but every time I called their promotion changed. I'm puzzled??????? or maybe they didn't understand me?

Will appreciate if anyone have information on the 'value for money' type of package.

I can't say I did much shopping around. I got True and am happy. I think the promo was the free modem.
