Smoking & Drink Area ?

Is there a place at the airport that you can have a drink and smoke as at don Muang at Suvarnabhumi airport?

Usually, I am departing from area E. Just before going through security check on your left side is a huge coffee-shop, with seperate smoking area.

And, if you're flying domestic, the airside food court sells beer and has an outdoor area where you can smoke (it also has the only seating that is available to those waiting for the gate to open).

Some of the gates have seperate smoke rooms and are mostly empty
