Female product presenter accuses man of slipping her potent drugs

A 25-year-old “pretty” female product presenter yesterday posted on social media a story about being tricked to eat brownies laced with marijuana by a male customer at a night entertainment venue in Sukhothai’s Muang district as a precautionary tale for people in similar situations.

 

The Phitsanulok native, who asked not to be named, said she and two other young women were promoting drinks at a party on Saturday night and were offered a box of brownies. She said she ate five pieces, while her friend referred to by the pseudonym “Bee” ate two. 

 

The woman reported that she quickly became thirsty and experienced an elevated heart rate, respiratory problems and blurry vision. Her friends then tried to take her to hospital when some men offered them a ride. They refused due to safety concerns. 

 

She said she had later been told by a doctor that she had had an allergic reaction to a substance, possibly alcohol, and was given an anti-histamine injection before being released. However, the next day she was still suffering the same symptoms and went to Phitsanulok’s Buddhachinaraj Hospital. 

 

A urine test showed that she had ingested marijuana, she said, leading her to ask her friend to also undergo a test to be submitted as evidence in a police complaint against the man who gave her the brownies. The man had already asked her to delete the post, she said, but she refused.

You are correct, and this could have gotten a lot worse.  Fortunately, the girls had enough wits to refuse a ride with the guy which, of course, was his plan all along. The girl sounds both pretty & smart.

To me it sounds like she ingested the mariuana BEFORE she ate 5 brownies - eating that much is usually a case of the munchies AFTER you're stoned. So unless she saved some of the brownies as proof, she can expect a defamation complaint coming her way...

Her parents were not like my parents who warmed me to watch what I put in my mouth.  But considering she tested positive for that evil drug, marijuana, should she not be in prison, well unless her parents are doctors, politicians, or the 'well to do?'

When I was younger I was "Tricked" into eating cake laced with marijuana (Or Mary Joanna as it was called)

Somethings don`t add up in this case.

 

The man had already asked her to delete the post, she said, but she refused. This means she must have known the man who gave her the alleged spiked brownie. She also had alcohol in her blood. Is it possible that she had been drinking and taking some marijuana supplied by the man and is using the brownies excuse to get her off the hook?
