Project Soi Suksan 2 in Rawai

Hi all,

 

Anybody knows what is being built Soi Suksan 2 in Rawai behind this huge and shinny green palisade?

 

It is just couple hundreds meters after the Intira Village 2.

 

On google earth they have a name for a company called RSL and Resort as a description but nothing else....

Well... yes... that's pretty much my guess too ;-)

 

I was just wondering if anybody has more information like the type number of building, high rise, high end resort...
