No, but I got an odd email from them and the App updated and changed names. Watching The Ashes on BT Sport 1 right now.

Many thanks Crossy  , now it begins to make sense , so when your subscription runs out that is the end and you have to go to a new link ? I never received an email from them and just paid for 1 month so that looks like its down the pan . What I do not understand is that their blue and pink emblems have vanished from my main screen and apps page on my smart tv , any ideas ?

I paid a one year subscription a few days ago as there was only one day left of our existing subscription. Received an email saying no new codes could be issued for a couple of days due to a problem with VOD. Have still not received a code from them so have no service despite having paid for a one year subscription

They have got a problem of some sort and I think more than VOD . If you go back and look at Crossy post number 5 you will see that he tells there is a new logo on your screen which says   " Press and Play " . In my angst mood I overlooked it but whilst tinkering around with other apps I saw it and all the hdsubs service is within this badge . Now a bit like yourself I have just paid them but only for a month as I am away soon . I have tried to contact them by email and two addresses were bounced back . Can you tell me the email address that they used for your latest message please . All that I received from them was an onscreen message saying your subscription expires in 2 days . All rather annoying and the customer service could be better if only to ensure and inform us that normal service will be resumed a.s.a.p. Does anyone know , Is this company part of iviewhdtv ?  are there more reliable alternatives for ex pat tv services ?

                   I hope you get your problem resolved or at the least get your money returned . I pay them by bank transfer to a named individuals account and on the receipt is a ref; number which I email them and in return they send me an activation code which I do not have cos they are not contactable  , what method of payment do you use ? 

    They would not be able to operate like this in the UK but over here and I think based in China they can do as they please . Just wish there was a legitimate company out here .

Has there been any reply from them ? They told me to give them my bank account details so as they could refund me but I am not holding my breath . I told them     if you are going to reclaim my 1000 baht from the 3rd party agent via bank transfer , why not reclaim  and pay the money into your own account as my subscription . Getting complicated and annoying .

My 1000 baht refunded yesterday but a mystery why they could not give me another months subscription , so now without any UK tv package .        Does anyone know which other companies can supply a UK package that includes BEINSPORTS as that appears to be the only way of watching 3 00 pm UK football which are not televised by Sky Sports. .
