AIS apps not easy

Featured Replies

On my new android smartphone I want to check if diverts are enabled (I get split second pop up msgs but can't read them). I know how to check the balance and a few other things but what the heck is the *nnn# to cancel all diverts?  I found one code that claims to reverse the current state, but you don't know what that is. Is there an app for this, haha? I've looked at a few but they just offer ways of paying AIS more money, but with little info.

Cheers

I think it is *141 CALL, then press 2, then press 1. The *141 to re-enable.

Your phone's settings may also allow you to cancel diverts (busy, no answer, not reachable) to AIS's voice-mail (+668190099).

You may also be able to manage this via the AIS mobile app, or the web-based tools.
