The Taling Chan court has ordered that two men be detained for a further six days after an attack on a taxi driver and his cab containing his children.

Kritapas Rotlak was brazenly attacked in front of police after going to a concert to pick up his two daughters.

He was involved in a collision with a motorcycle before friends of the motorcyclist attacked him. Then one of the men caused 30,000 baht worth of damage to his cab, it was alleged.

The terrified children were in the cab at the time.

Yesterday Bang Sao Thong cops took Thanakorn Phirom, 23, and Natthawut Rampheungkij, 20 to court. They are both charged with assault endangering life. Thanakorn is also charged with criminal damage.

Both were ordered detained until the 26th for further evidence gathering after the police told the court that the attack was brazen and outrageous.

The suspects deny it all.

Sanook reported that the attack occurred in Phuttamonthon on Sunday and also involved the assault of the female children of the taxi driver.

Relatives had arrived with cash to bail the men but the court denied their request, added Sanook.

Had a collision and what did he do? Smile and say, ooopsie? Ignore the damage and  drive off, pretend it did not occur? Two sides to every story and perhaps he nearly killed  the motorcyclist.

Did not really see what happened, so it could be tricky to comment on the circumstances.

Nevertheless, knowing how most Thai taxi drivers behave, how they cheat, how some drive...hum...hum !!

But still, even if one's worst enemy slams into your car, it is not appropriate to slam him on the face, no matter how tempting it may be.

Interesting to see that the pack of rabid dogs attacks not only reserved

for unfortunate foreigners but Thais as well, Reap what you sow,

Yes, and then it all okey to use violence and damage property. You did just create a lawless society. Well done! :clap2:

Taxi driver without a sword stashed about? Or chose not to use it? Must be fake news

Is it just me or are they the two most African looking Thais I have ever seen.

It's probably just you since there is no definitive image of a typical African. Most Thais have less than white skin.

They look like they are from the south, malaysian profiles.
