champers Posted December 24, 2017 Share Posted December 24, 2017 I have a Samsung J2 android phone, just over a year old on an AIS monthly package for calls and intetnet. I am having problems viewing images, particularly Google Earth and Google Maps. I am even having problems viewing images and videos on this site. Does anyone, please, have a simple solution to fix this. I am a technological dunce, so any advice would have to be basic and jargon-free.
