Hi...

anyone with a ‘current’ opinion on SR Condo...I’d be very interested to hear it.

Particularky  concerned about parking and noise.

I’m perhaps looking at buying something but want a wide range of opinion if I can get it.

I’m at at loss to understand how the collection of maintenance fees works in Thailand...I’d be grateful for an education on that as well. I understand there has been problems with collection of fees at this building...True..?
