Hello,

I'm actually quite happy with bx.in.th., but it's always good to have alternatives just in case.
Also for the purpose of different market prices.
I've heard of coins.co.th, but they are so obsessive-compulsive about verification that they wouldn't accept a utility bill in Thai language, I would have to go to a certified translator to get it translated! lol, ridiculous.
Any alternatives you can recommend that can also transfer to/from Thai banks?

thanks,
p.

Yes I've sent them copies of my passport, bank statement, marriage cert (both sides), wife's blue house book, a letter from my pension people in the UK addressed to me at the wife's house, all to no avail. I've actually given up with them although I can use them for amounts up to 150,000 THB. It's the proof of address that's the sticking point. Thing is, because the house's in the wife's name, all the bills are addressed to her. Immigration accept the copy of the marriage cert and blue book incidentally.

It's as though they're doing me a favour by letting me provide them with business.
