Houses to Rent Kalasin or Roi Et

Considering a move to either Kalasin or Roi Et and couldn't find any rentals online for those areas.

Does anyone know if there are there any moo bans (gated communities/24 hour security) in either of those areas and where they are at?  Plan to spend a couple of weeks looking around but not sure where I should start at this point.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Don’t live there but have you tried the D and D property app. Search DDPROPERTY Thailand. For iPhone and windows. I have no connection with them but have used app. Mods delete if I crossed any lines.

(Kalasin)I lived there. I think it would be wise to book a month in an aparthotel in kalasin before committing. Thung sri muang rd has an apartment which is pretty decent called The best residence. It's 50 metres off thung sri muang rd. Cost about 5000 for a month I think. 400 baht per day or a month let is like 5k if recall correctly.

Good Base to begin your search.

Moo bahn with security, very rare in kalasin but there are a couple.

Dd property will not render good results for kalasin. Best to drive round and enquire if you find something appealing.

For the retired life it may suit. I know a few on here enjoy their lives there but I'd recommend that 1 month rental more than anything else. I can also recommend a used car dealer there amd that was no easy feat believe me.

Roi et is easier on the eye.

Lived in Kalasin for the past 16+ years, and that was after traveling all around Thailand to see where I wanted to be....  Rented for 3 years before finding the land that I wanted to buy and designed and built my home...

As I told you PM, I know of a nice 2Bedroom, 2 bath place that was built by an American and his Thai wife...  Has a really nice Western Style Kitchen, large open living and dining room, and is on 200 telong wah (double sized lot on a quiet, small soi...

I have had 5 friends come to visit over the years that I have lived here, and four of the five have ended up moving here after they retired...

Sounds like something I might be interested in.  What's the rent and any photos?

Why do you bother posting you know of a house that's available and then don't provide any further information?  Or are you just making up this house so you can get to post something?
