Not looking for dietary advice or quack remedies as had them on and off for 40 years so know about that, and had several procedures done over the years in the UK. Also probably tried all the quack stuff including hot water baths/ice/ honey/apple cider vinegar/alo veera/olive oil etc. Looking for a good Dr speaking English in Bangkok who worked or did some training abroad.

or at Chulalongkhorn Hospital after hours clinic (13th floor, main OPD building, 4 PM onward, you will have to go in person to make the appoibtment first)

 

The above  3 places are listed in descending order of cost but ascending order of hassle in terms of crowds, wait, language. Take your pick.

I was once considering surgery, bad painful. Surgeon told me witch hazel on cotton on rear at night! Next morning no more pain virtually gone! Iherb.com sells
