Nope....even Soi Boukeaw and Soi AR are clear,  Baht buses are running OK and I've not seen an Iranian in ages, Can't comment on the below 2nd Rd Sois though,

Yeah it stopped long ago. I reckon there was at least some flooding earlier.

Shin deep water was seen.  No flooding over the curbs.  Can a link to the Iranian joke be posted as it seems a bit more interesting?

I also did not get the joke so I googled "Iran joke Pattaya", which showed nothing but yielded the following classic video.

The old fella is really busting some moves and having a  jolly good time!
