Most "Cialis" sold in Bangkok, unless it's in a box with a halogram sticker, is just rebranded sildinifil, not tadilifil.

 

I buy 20 mg tadalafil in Phnom Penh, Cambodia at any of several pharmacys near Psar Themi, the art deco central market.

The "brand" is "SYNALIS-20" and in my own opinion based on my own use, it does the job on a par with Cialis.

About $2 for 2 tablet pac.
