Ruby Club said that they gave the unique copy to the police and that the original was kept in a safety place.  So how did you managed to see that video ?

I havent seen the CCTV video. I never claimed to have. Sorry if that wasnt clear.

I have seen footage taken on a phone taken by someone else who filmed them messing around with each other.

As far as her face turning blue, she has a heavily tatooed face, that was the only blue.

Bit of an ambitious headline, sex capital of the world.  Maybe "commercial" sex capital of Asia may be more appropriate but I guess that doesn't really have the same sensationalism.

The reporter, if you read his article has never even been here. He wrote it from Australia.

One clue, he doesnt understand Soi means street.

Fact 1 Many witnesses. Photographic evidence. More than i posted. And the girl who gave me the photo saw a farang go up and ask if it was him and he confirmed it was.

Fact 2 Someone who knows him told me. And confirmed by another source that i dont wish to reveal.

Fact 3 I and several others have been to the bar since, acting as customers, and asked them. if you dont believe go and ask for yourself.

fact 4 A video was taken of their teasing each other. i have watched it. It looked a bit off, but you can see it is no way against her will. she could have walked away anytime, but didnt.

fact 5 Inside knowledge and i think the police have officially said that as well.

"And confirmed by another source that i dont wish to reveal".

You haven't 'revealed' anything so far so why would you start with that now?

for the first time in 7 years I am going back to Scotland and there is no way I would walk about late at night in Glasgow, I have never felt unsafe in Pattaya, they make it sound like there is no trouble anywhere in the world but Pattaya, they just have to go to any major city or town in the west after the pubs close, and look what has just happened in America the other day again, it is sad that someone has lost his life, but I do not think many people think Pattaya is more dangerous than back home.
Depends where is Glasgow you are referring to, I'd walk round the west end happily

Less likely to get a "Glasgow Kiss" there?

There are dodgy areas in most cities in the world but this is about Pattaya.

Tokyo is the Sex Capital of the world,  because it's the world's biggest city.   Statistics,  how do they work?  [emoji3]

Pattaya is probably the I'm such a loser I gotta pay Hookers Capital of the world.  [emoji16]

Tokyo is a lot less ‘in yer face’

This guy is a killer!

He has now killed two people, regardless of whatever excuse He uses for killing those people, He is still a killer.

If the Thai authorities fail to bring him to justice then they will have blood on their hands because its a certain bet that this guy will kill again if he is let out into society.

This fella seriously cant have been released surely !!

I think you can believe it!

Whether he has stood bail for a substantial amount, and the decision been made not to remand him in custody, or some other 'arrangement' made and he has the effrontery to wander around the very town where he is well known as a killer (and the authorities are also cool with this) I don't know. I have certainly heard of cases before where a substantial bail allows people to be released. Money is a great compensator.

i am 30yr visitor to pattaya.........

pattaya was and  (is) mostly peaceful ,wehn see the number of tourists, sexworkers, pimps and others.

i never knowed one city that is peaceful  same pattaya with the samekind of nightlife and tourists.

but over the last years the clima here is poisend, this is not only the visitors doing their part , its also the goverment with the crack downs and poisning the ambiance

Sales are extremly down... what makes people more hard, more angry, nightlife isnt the big fun like before, meaning its getting closer to other citys, where fights ad violence is  already standard

where the hell is the bachelor paradies  gone ???  until some years ago , this city implied fellings , tears,nostalgia......... and everybody was comming wants to come back

...............thats changed

whos fault ?? the goverment and its stupidy crackdowns for nonsens, the greddyness of construction, thethe unwelcome of westeners, The money what is "shorter" in western countrys for low and middle incomers??

i think all together

Apart from the fact that Jose is walking freely around and not in custody, backed up by photographic evidence.

And that Jose was there with his thai girlfriend at the time.

And that he was known to the bar.

And that the girls all have stories claiming to have all been buying food or crammed in the toilet together at the time of the killing.

And the fact that the police are refusing to release the video, to the press or the embassy.

And the fact that I have seen the video of Ben and Jaa playing around and she was a willing participant with everybody laughing.

And ah, what have you contributed? Friend of Jose perhaps?

Hardly revelations!

As Jose's representative (maybe even Jose) you think that you have contributed something, then?

If you knew as much about this nutter as you seem to want people to think you do then you'd know if I was a friend of his.  But, what if I was, would that have anything to do with you?

How would I know if you were a friend of his? I dont know who you are.

And I actually do know a lot more than I have revealed here. Some things I cant reveal because people are scared my revalations will expose them. You know him being a killer on the loose and all.

Stop trolling.

You think that I'm the troll?

"Some things I cant reveal because people are scared my revalations will expose them".

Why would you be bothered about that unless you're posting under your real name?  Or perhaps you're you posting under Jose's instructions?

What else is there to expose, this was a CCTV'd bar fight wasn't it?  Or are you suggesting that there was more to it than just a couple of drunks having a go at each other with an unfortunate outcome?

Nope! It´s just seems to be more common. Probably only seen the beginning yet, unless the new foreign database can help with removal of the criminal and mindless infestation.

Here we are describing "database" as an incredible "antidote".

Due to the ridiculous level of inconsistency in the laws in Pattaya, I wouldn't be surprised if the next headline I read was "double murdering American sentenced to life after being caught playing darts"

Best post in the thread up to this moment..

So we have a killer loose in the city, better stay sober and don't get angry if you see him. But who cares anyway , I am sure 1000's of foreigners have killed before. Then add all the local lunatics who kill for for 500 baht and we have a paradise.

On other threads many were wondering if he was just a tourist, or more of a regular expat type.

Below is a photo of him with his Thai girlfriend, the same girlfriend he was in the bar with when he killed Robb.

His t shirt is interesting to read.

Plenty of pictures of them together on Facebook from around August onward. Up to then she appears to have been working in Hooters.

I agree. I used to hook up with a fellow offshore international gypsy when our visits to Aberdeen coincided and we would hit the pub early, while it was still quiet with reasonable, sociable drinkers who could afford a decent pint and hold a decent conversation in a decent bar. Meanwhile, somewhere in the suburbs, younger, anti-social piss-heads were loading up on 2-for-£1 specials of large cans of overproof ciders from Tesco's and bottles of discounted Mogen David from their local off-license and other stuff, intent on going, "Aff the heid" as some point later in the evening. By the time we had sunk maybe 3 pints each, it was time for a safe walk up Union Street for an Indian meal. Leaving there around 10 PM, we would beat a retreat to a strip club and lurk safely until they closed around 2 AM. Then we'd witness the eedjits out in force, puking in the gutter, lurching across the street to piss in a doorway or stick the heid in someone else. Meanwhile, the police would be parked up side streets and only come out to do mopping up after the sporadic skirmishes had passed. Latterly, after the casino opened next door to to the strip club, we could chill, drink, eat and play poker until the sun came up and the 'cooncil' workers had already hosed, the kebabs, puke and blood off the pavement.

Pattaya violence? Don't make me laugh.
