Greetings sorry if this in wrong Forum

A few years  ago I took out burial policy with an Australian Funeral Company Based in Bangkok

I am not sure if I can Name The company under Forum rules or not.

The issue is that Late last year my contact Person in the Company appears to have left the company and started on her own.

Since that time no information as to the Australian Company has been available

Emails to the Company appear to have been ignored as No response.

I received an email today IN French  YEp French from what appears to be the opposition company  stating they have my contract.

as unsure of The forums policy I will not name the company 

 

My Question is does any member reading this post have the same issues and do they have any Helpful information

No problem to post the name of the company as long as you don't make defamatory comments about them.

Next time you post a topic you should write what the topic about in the title instead of your member name.

Thanks Joe i am still learning my way around the system

one of my aims was to advise any members who have a funeral arrangement with them of possible issues with their contract

The firm is Allison monkhouse and they are kosher

Yes that was correct prior to 2017,

Last year their staff were poached as I understand it by  a staff member who formed a rival company

any Further comments could be defamatory 

Since i posted today new information has come to light about legal issues and a court case.

If I had have had this information prior to my post I would not have made my post,

If you wish to delete my post  that is understandable I acted in Good faith

the best  I Can advice is that a new firm will be formed in March 2018  and all contracts are and will be Valid

This is all the Information I have at this stage
