couple of days ago, could see the mtns easily and a friend was complaining... today cannot see them but for an outline... but still relatively clear and no personal effect... much better than when my neighbor in the village further south of cm burns his fields and my entire house fills with smoke if we are not home to close the windows.

 

any nice natural properties for sale in San Sai area? Or better to go to Doi Saket?

Depends on your needs; Doi Saket is further away from normal business outlets such as major shops and medical services. It is a balance you have to try do you want typical city life or rural life. Suggest you dont listen to others but rent short time in both places and see what is you. Focus on older properties it is rumoured Thai's do not like second hand houses so these prices are always better than new.

Air stinks today. 

Yesterday there was a brief windstorm which I thought might have cleared the air. Perhaps it just brought the stench with it.
