Be grateful if anyone could PM me with experiences of the above Doctors.

 

I understand that it's against the law to say something bad against people, hence the request for a PM as guessing there will be good and bad responses.

So you think that just because it is in a PM it could not be considered slanderous by the law?  What other forms of communication are exempt from the slander law?

If it's in a Private message between 2 people,and not in a public

domain,I think he has little to worry about.

Assuming it stays that way which many "private communications between two parties" do not.  Whatever Gordie, but do help me with another question, is he asking for information about experiences of the doctors or experience with the doctors or are those the same?  Yes it has me wondering.

Only slander if untrue don't forget. Anyway if people PM me or reply on here cool, if they don't fine.It was just a simple question didn't intend to start a debate ?

I think he basically wants to know ,if other people that used these Doctors ,had a good outcome,

and no negatives. 

"Only slander if untrue", that's the problem ,with this Computer crime law,you have the onious 

placed on you to prove it's true,which can take a very long time and cost a great deal of money

in the Thai legal system,sometimes you will never win,even if you are in the right,depends who

the other party is.

Even if your statement is true, you can be held libel for the pain, suffering, loss of earnings and loss of reputation of a person or business you make said allegations against / about.

This is the nature of the law in LOS.

Dr Somboon has a very good reputation, I have only heard good things about him over the years. But to be honest, if even one person PM's you with something bad about the good doctor, what does that mean, it's purely subjective and anecdotal, you are I think wasting your time with what you're trying to do on this subject.

If you're looking for cosmetic surgery you may want to ask yourself, "Why?"

I've seen numerous people come out of that type of surgery looking - altered.  Look at the Hollywood types who have access to more money than one person can spend in a lifetime.  Many come out of the surgery looking like their faces have been pressed on their bodies artificially. 

It's a lot cheaper to simply accept yourself as you are.  Hell, I'm slowly going bald.  If it gets too thin, I'll just cut it all off with a set of barber shears and call short hair my new looks.  Everyone gets old.  That's just the way of it.  Accept that, and you'll find that at least as far as your external 'looks', you'll be at peace with yourself.

I wasn't asking for me. I'm fine nothing a diet and some exercise won't cure....
