Maths and Language Teacher / Tutor - Surin?

I am hoping to find a Maths / Language tutor for my girlfriend's 9 year old in Surin. 

 

As I understand it, he is in 3rd level, soon to be 4th - should they not hold him back when school finishes soon.

 

My GF's mum looks after the lad most of the time (I am not in Thailand, the GF is back and forth as well), however she is unable to read, which, of course, makes it extremely bloody difficult for the boy to get any support or assistance at home. Accordingly, he is a bit of a disruptive nuisance at school, and heading down the wrong path education wise.

 

He needs help, and help now before it becomes too late and he gives up.

 

I'm thinking that he needs to go through some focused 1-1 education for awhile to get him up to speed. This could happen in Surin, or could happen over the school holidays in Pattaya where mum can keep an eye on him better too. 

 

Does anyone have some pointers or ideas on what to do, or whom we can contact to get him some help please?
