Myanmar woman arrested for alleged murder of boyfriend

By The Nation

A Myanmar woman was arrested in Bangkok’s Prawet district late Wednesday night for allegedly murdering her boyfriend, police said.

Prawet police station chief Pol Colonel Alongkorn Sirisongkram said on Thursday that the woman, who was identified only as Mon, 22, had been arrested at midnight on Soi Srinakharin 52 in the Nong Bon subdistrict of Prawet district.

She was arrested under a warrant issued by Phra Khanong Court on Wednesday. The court issued the warrant after the body of her Myanmar boyfriend, identified only as Chaw, 20, was found behind a three-storey boarding house in Prawet on Tuesday evening.

A doctor determined that he had died three days earlier.

Mon reportedly told investigators that she had quarrelled with her boyfriend on the balcony of their room before he fell to his death.

Can´t for my life understand what it is with balconys that makes so many people jump or fall. This will end up being bad for everybody taking out a lifeinsurance.
The small text is fanally going to say that it do not cover deaths caused by people flying through the air more than 2,5 meters.
