I need a simcard which will allow me to have it valid for a long time with a minimum or zero balance and also top it up via internet.

Similar to DTAC in Thailand.

Say, I'd top up 10 ringit in its balance and it won't expire in the next half a year.

 

 

I won't need to call.

I might need internet sometimes.

 

And it should work well in other countries. I know some simcards from Indonesia and Philippines don't work in other SE Asian countries -- I've experienced this.

I use Max Link when I'm there but it only stays valid without a top up for 3 months
