I use BX. Happy with the exchange.

 

Haven't cashed out yet. I wouldn't mind finding an exchange outside of the country to cash out.

 

Anyone found a solution to this?

Can't just do an international transfer with SWIFT? Didn't Kraken used to allow that?

I just read that Binance will move to Malta to do fiat pairings.

your comment is incorrect! Im a non U.S citizen and use New york based itBIT exchange. I can cash out via them and send funds to thailand. 

Get yourself an "epayments" card . you can sell your crypto direct for fiat .Takes all of 30 mins to do the transfer . https://www.epayments.com/
