It sounds (another election promise) like a great idea. Where will the money come from to pay for it all, and will the government take heed or simply ignore the protests that have already started locally? Prefabs can be built fairly cheaply in factories and easily assembled on site, but would anybody want to but them. assuming that they can afford to? -

It always strikes me as strange, when on a forum designed specifically for interaction and discussion that people post comments such as your questioning why people are speculate and discuss... Surely a News site is more appropriate if you wish avoid discussions... -

suggest you go back to school...biology says that as a fetus grows, sex organs are determined in the womb based on genetics and environment. Sometime later after birth, changes in mental due to hormonal or other causes I guess can cause some changes. But, they are either born with male or female genetalia unless a problem occurs prior to birth but that is not "normal".
