I have insurance (Prak gan Sang Khom) through my job at Hua Hin General Hospital but will look to change hospitals because I have always had great service and attention from the visiting heart doctor Dr Wittchai who came from Bangkok but he has now stopped coming and the new guy is absolutely awful.

Does anyone know if a government hospital such as Petchaburi has a good heart department as there is no way I will go back to HHG.

It will come down to the individual doctor(s) and I am afraid I don't know. Best to go for a consultation first and see for yourself - try  Phra Chom Klao Hospital (Petchaburi Provinical Hospital).
