Yes, I knew about the restriction for carry-on luggage. I thought the size limit was 200mg, not 100mg

There's a variety sometimes found in the chilled section of large stores and sometimes local Thai markets might have it. I'm not sure if a little bit of sugar in the morning will destroy someone's health, at least it doesn't have the saturated fat and cholesterol and IGF 1 and hormones and Puss that dairy has. Makes no sense it dont make sense to eat oats without milk & apfelmus, i would also be denied richesse strawberry yogurt which is an insurmountable problem. i also saw negros feeding primarily on cow milk mixed with cow blood. then there is a lot of vertically challenged people in this world whos only two options are milk or growth hormone

Bonobojt
Maybe I'll try eating oatmeal with nuts/seeds & fruit 3 times a day, could be a delicious simple easy way to eat.
worgeordie
I think you are trying too hard, just eat what makes you happy, and nothing in excess, do you want to live forever ? I noticed in your other post, that you eat oily fish everyday, looked at a report from Indonesia, they tested I think it was 54 brands of tinned fish,Mackerel,Sardines, from SE Asia, and all but a few brands were OK, the others the fish contained, I think it said thread worms, needle worms ?, live worms ! PS the best rolled oats,I have found here are 1 Kg bags from Makro 85 THB regards worgeordie Edited April 24, 2018 by worgeordie add on
