Tiger Kingdom in Town is it still closed?

Featured Replies

I used to enjoy this venue. Having paid 65 Baht for a 7 Baht plastic  bottle of Singha water at The Hard Rock, I was hoping that it was back open. Does anyone have any news?

I am sure they will open just for you ,the last of the big spenders;-) .At the Hard Rock you are not paying for the water more the ambiance and live music if there was any .

Tiger Kingdom had ambience and live music. Maybe OP just prefers not wasting his money on 65 baht bottles of water.

Yes definitely closed. Maybe they had a problem with licensing.

closed , and not very likely to reopen , they were busted bigtime .

The original In Town/Tiger Kingdom restaurant has been closed for nearly two years.  It had been sold and an actual remodeling was going on.  Out of the blue that ceased and nothing has been going on recently.  From a reliable source came the reason why, the needed Liquor License would not be granted as originally thought. Ergo Ipso Facto why proceed???

It closed because the couple running it ( husband & wife) had an acrimonius break up of their relationship. More than that I dont know, but that small snippet is fact.
