This is an odd one.

The phone numbers on the Fascino website for the north and south road locations just don't work.

I visited recently and a pharmacist gave me a paper with the number on it and he understood my weird report that they never answer the website numbers. Like I called 50 times. Rings and nothing.

The number he gave me was very different than the website numbers, but stupidly I didn't record that number elsewhere because it's faded away.

I also heard a rumor that North road Fascino has closed but I find that very hard to believe.

Anyway I really need to call the North road large branch.

If you happen to have a currently valid number or if you happen to be going there for your own shopping, can you share the number?

I have been to Fascino on Klang today and my purchase was put in a bag with 2 Pattaya phone numbers on. They are:

038 371 360-4

038 371 350

That is consistent with a Fascino site in Thai language.

I just let ring once: 038 371 360.

So it seems to stand for five numbers ...60, ... ..., 64

The -350? Maybe good old FAX.

There is indeed an English "store locator" which shows rubbish for the phone numbers.

The 038 371 360-4 numbers I was trying before with no success.

I well understood the series of numbers thing and tried them all multiple times.

 

The

033 - 046 - 118 - 9

looks very similar to what's on my receipt with the faded numbers.

 

Like I said the numbers are faded and I originally said 038 for obvious reasons but I have a photo and zoomed in and it does look like 033.

 

Not sure why you called it a garbage number. It was actually on my last receipt.

 

I've never tried to call the faded number, only the website numbers all fails. 

 

Weird. 

I'll try tomorrow. 

 

I have no explanation for this except perhaps they blocked my number or something for no reason because there is no reason as the last time I even tried to call them was years ago and it was a normal call, nothing you would block someone for.

I have 2 other numbers on my bag for Bangkok and somewhere else. Maybe one of these can give the info you need?

BTW, I mentioned this before but the guy that showed me the "good" number on the receipt was not at all surprised when I reported several calls with no answer ever on their website numbers. But he didn't explain why. 

North road branch was open last week and showed no sign of imminent closure.

I just checked this out with a Fascino pharmacist, Naklua, She gave me this number : 088 762 9725 ( North rd)) and called immediately. Was  answered after about 3 rings. I had her ask about any closure in future:  negative

Didn't work for me.

This number worked for me. The same that I was given on the receipt that faded away but I got the missing numbers here.  Thanks!

I can't explain it either. In any case I did get through and anyone that has the same problem has a slew of numbers to try.
