Well this just advice to anyone coming to Thailand, be very careful what you eat. My tummy/ belly has not felt normal in a week now, started a week ago when I woke up with low energy, headache and fever. No vomiting, barely any diarrhea. I ended up going to Bumrungrad hospital, doctor ordered a blood test, everything was mostly normal but my neutrophils were a bit high at 74.0, meaning most likely bacterial infection.

Today I toke advice from a Nurse Friend and saw an Infectious Desease doctor, he ordered a stool sample.

Now I'm on 2 different kinds of antibiotics (zithromax, Omnicef) because of bacteria resistants. And I have no idea if I'll get better or how long it will take, of course my holiday is ruined. So just a warning, don't be careless like me, don't have your holiday ruined.

I remember eating street food in Nana Soi 4, Pork Noodle Soup and I had some food in Silom where the food is cooked and in trays, outside, so flies can get to it, I had rice, cooked fish. And vegetables. That's the only thing I can think of in terms of food that could of made me sick.

I did perform oral sex (vaginal and anus) on two different women before I got sick also.

Today I don't really feel any better after starting my antibiotic treatment yesterday, again no bacteria has been confirmed, only an indication on my blood test ( high neutrophils) and I'm waiting for the stool culture results.

I would give it a solid 9/10, and well executed.

Post 1) An innocent warning to fellow travellers, holiday is ruined etc. Opens the door for Thai bashing, "me to" comments, The food will kill you, the thais will kill you, dont buy a condo, they dont want us here etc

Post 4) The master stroke, sick because of oral/anal sex with hookers. Kicks it up a notch, no doubt its a troll thread now. OP bashing, Thai Bashing, guaranteed to get a response .

Post 8) Not happy to leave it there, he kicks it up another notch, playing the victim and threatening self harm.

Its a "how to guide" for writing troll threads.
It's sad that 12 year olds are drawn to a forum like TV.

That should be strictly a domain for much older and just as immature men.. Some women perhaps.

What your describing is bubonic plague return to your county  of origin immediately isolate yourself for say 10 years then don't let us know how it went.

Update: this is just to help anyone who is searching for info if they are feeling unwell

So I had the stool test in Bangkok and they found Shigella, took the antibiotics but still wasn't feeling well so I went back to England

Saw my GP, done another stool and blood test, and I got a letter saying I've got Giardia, a Parasite! Now need to see the doctor again for treatment

Moral of the story, never go to town on a Thai woman's anus (I'm assuming it came from her)
