Hello,

 

I am looking for a hotel with a good fitness/weight training equipment with pool where I can get access on daily basis (ie. paying for day access).

 

Preferable 4/5 star.

 

Anybody any recommendations?  

Hilton or Le Merdien.

Hilton - Could not understand the request at first, unfriendly, unwelcome, lobby far away, security guards could not tell me where the lobby is and I drove into the staff parking (wow there were like 100 motorbikes parking *staff only*) 

 

LeMeridien - Do not offer any daily packages, CSR rude on phone, entry to lobby basically denied by staff... 0o

 

Movenpick - Offered fitness + pool for 600 THB via phone but later the receptionist was "so sorry" as she asked her manager and it is day access for pool only, no fitness center access possible.

 

Centara Resort Karon (not the hill) - Yes, very friendly, 300 THB only, not included swimming pool but the CSR said next time I can use the pool together with fitness for 500 THB. Sadly equipment is old and missing some stuff but sufficient.

 

 

Anybody any other recommendations, maybe with real experience?
