    I had this problem 2 weeks ago. Called 3BB support. Sent over two technicians the next day who fixed the problem in 15 minutes.

    Yup - good support from 3BB.  We had a small issue in the office last week (located near the big Tesco on the bypass road).

     

    2 techs (not one, but two) arrived in a couple of hours and helped the staff sort it out.

    Have you rebooted your router/gateway? They do need to be rebooted once in a while!
